Warranty procedure

Please observe the following instructions to ensure

This product has a three-year warranty from the date

of purchase. In the event of defects, you have legal

rights against the retailer of this product. Our warranty

outlined below does not limit these legal claims.

Warranty terms

The warranty period begins on the date of purchase.

Please keep the original receipt in a safe location.

This receipt serves as your proof of purchase. Should

this device show any material or manufacturing defects

within three years from the date of purchase, we will

at our discretion repair or replace the product free of

charge to you, or refund the purchase price. For this

warranty claim to be honoured, the defective device

and proof of purchase (receipt) must be presented

within the three year warranty period along with a brief

pose of the product properly when it has

reached the end of its useful life and not in

the household waste. Information on collection points

and their opening hours can be obtained from your

local authority.

The product incl. accessories and packaging materials

are recyclable and are subject to extended producer

responsibility. Dispose them separately, following the

illustrated Info-tri (sorting information), for better waste

treatment. The Triman logo is valid in France only.
