You can wash the cotton cover of the ironing board:
Clean the ironing board with a slightly dampened, lint-free cloth.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable materials, which you may dispose
of at local recycling facilities.

Observe the marking of the packaging materials for waste separation,
which are marked with abbreviations (a) and numbers (b) with follow-
ing meaning: 1–7: plastics / 20–22: paper and fibreboard / 80–98:
composite materials.
The product and packaging materials are recyclable, dispose of it
separately for better waste treatment. The Triman logo is valid in
France only.
Contact your local refuse disposal authority for more details of how to
dispose of your worn-out product.
To help protect the environment, please dispose of the product properly
when it has reached the end of its useful life and not in the household
waste. Information on collection points and their opening hours can be
obtained from your local authority.
Warranty
The product has been manufactured to strict quality guidelines and meticulously
examined before delivery. In the event of product defects you have legal rights
against the retailer of this product. Your legal rights are not limited in any way by
our warranty detailed below.
The warranty for this product is 3 years from the d
ate of purchase. Should this
product show any fault in materials or manufacture within 3 years from the date
of purchase, we will repair or replace it – at our choice – free of charge to you.
The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. Please keep the original sales
receipt in a safe location. This document is required as your proof of purc
hase.
This warranty becomes void if the product has been damaged, or used or maintained
improperly.
The warranty applies to defects in material or manufacture. This warranty does
not cover product parts subject to normal wear, thus possibly considered consum-
ables (e.g. batteries) or for damage to fragile parts, e.g. switches, rechargeable
batteries or glass parts.

Intended use
This product is an ironing board. For indoor use only. Modifying the product is
prohibited and will result in damage. Misuse may also result in other life-threaten-

General safety notes
DANGER TO LIFE AND
RISK OF ACCIDENTS FOR INFANTS
AND CHILDREN! Never leave children unsuper-
vised with the packaging material. There is a danger
of suffocation.
It is not a toy. Please keep children away from the
ironing board.
ATTENTION! CRUSHING HAZARD! Be careful
of your fingers and hands when setting up and col-
lapsing the ironing board.
Never attempt to repair the product yourself. There is
a risk of receiving an electric shock!
Do not leave the iron on the ironing board for extended
periods.
Do not sit or lean on the ironing board.
Danger due hot water or steam which may drip from
the expanded metal on the ironing board.
The iron rest can get hot if used for long periods of
time. To avoid burn injuries, comply with the directions
given above.
Keep the device away from water and other liquids.
If the power cable of the device is damaged, it has to
be replaced by the manufacturer or its service depart-
ment or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid
hazards.
Please remove the mains plug from the socket after
use.
Use
Note: Remove all packaging materials from the product.
Setting up the ironing board
Hold the folded ironing board with the ironing surface facing upwards and
press the lever with your other hand. The frame will open to the maximum
position (see fig. B).
Make sure that the product is level and is fully locked into position.
Insert the iron‘s mains plug into the socket on the ironing board and connect
the extension cable directly with the mains socket.
WARNING! Do not use an additional extension cable.
Adjusting the height of the ironing board
To adjust the height of the ironing board, hold it with both hands. Pull on the
lever to unlock.
Adjust to your desired height and then release the lever so that the frame
locks into place (see fig. C+D).
Collapsing the ironing board
To collapse the ironing board, press on the lever and at the same time push
the ironing surface downwards to that legs fold together.
Hook the safety catch to the rivets.
